About Domino Sums
Domino Sums is a placement puzzle with real dominoes. Lay every domino on the board so that it is completely covered and every colored region meets its condition — a target sum, all pips equal, all different, or a total below or above a number.
Play a new daily puzzle every day, or pick Easy, Medium or Hard in practice mode for unlimited puzzles.
How to play
- Place all the dominoes on the board; each covers two neighboring cells and together they fill it.
- Each colored region’s condition must hold: a number = the sum of its pips; = all pips equal; ≠ all different; <k / >k sum below / above k.
- White cells have no condition.
Select a domino → tap the board; tap the selected domino again or “Rotate” to turn it.
Select a domino below (tap again to rotate), then tap the board to place it. Tap a placed domino to take it back.
Tips & strategies
- Regions marked = are very restrictive: look for dominoes that can supply matching pips.
- Small regions with a sum usually allow only one or two domino halves.
- Place doubles early — they fit in fewer places than you think.
